Your first payout

⏱️ When your first window opens

Your first payout window opens 14 days after you open your first position on the funded account — or 7 days with the Weekly Payouts add-on.

The countdown runs from the exact time of that first trade, not from the calendar date. If your first position opened on 19 August at 05:40 UTC, your window opens on 2 September at 05:40 UTC. Checking earlier in the day and finding Request Payout greyed out is expected, not a fault.

📝 How to request it

1. Open the Payouts section in your dashboard
2. Select the Challenge ID
3. Click Request Payout and complete the three steps — Payout, Payment and Preview

🔁 Your next payouts

Each new window opens 14 days from the moment your previous payout was processed, or 7 days with the add-on.

The count runs from the processing of the previous payout request.

💰 Your fee refund

On most plans the Challenge fee comes back with your third payout. If Challenge fee can be refunded, you'll see the amount at the Payout page.
