Requests are processed by our team within 1–2 business days.
Business days run from Monday to Friday. A request submitted on Friday evening is picked up on Monday, and weekends and public holidays do not count towards those 1–2 days.

Once your payout has been sent, it takes some time to arrive depends on the method you chose. Crypto is the fastest way, it typically arrives the same day. International bank transfers take a further 1–7 business days.

• Weekends and public holidays, which do not count as business days
• Beneficiary details that do not match your verified identity
• A Rise account that has not been fully set up

If 2 business days have passed and your request has not been processed yet, OR if it has already been processed and the money has not arrived within the timeline for your method, write to support@onefunded.com from your registered email address, with the date and the amount of the request.
