<p>If your request is there and has been processed, check the details for your method.</p>

<p>Allow 1–7 business days for an international transfer. Check the IBAN or account number, the SWIFT code and the bank name you submitted.</p>
<h4>🪙 Cryptocurrency</h4>
<p>Check the wallet address and, above all, the network. USDC is sent on ERC20 or BEP20, and USDT on ERC20 only.</p>
<h4>⚡ Rise</h4>
<p>Check that your Rise verification is complete, and look at the balance inside Rise itself.</p>
<h4>📩 If it is still missing</h4>
<p>Write to <span style="color: rgb(230, 126, 35);"><strong>support@onefunded.com</strong></span> from your registered email address and include the transaction ID from your Transaction History.</p>
