Payment issue

2 min. readlast update: 10.15.2026

Start with Orders List section in your dashboard. Every payment attempt is listed there with a status:

• Paid — the Challenge was credited
• Cancelled or Unpaid — the payment did not complete

For transactions that haven't been completed, two situations are possible. Follow the one that matches yours.

🔁 The money was not debited

The payment did not complete, so it needs to be retried. Two things are worth trying first:

  1. Finish the payment from Orders List. Open Orders List, click the ID of the unsuccessful order and use the Complete payment button in the order details.
  2. Try again in a private browser window.

If it still does not go through, check that:

  • the card or wallet holds the full amount, including any fees your bank adds
  • online / international payments are enabled on your card

You can also try a different payment method.

If none of this helps, write to support@onefunded.com and tell us:

  • at which step the error appears: entering card details, confirming the payment, returning to our site, etc
  • what you see on the page at that moment
  • a screenshot of the error, if there is one

💸 The money was debited, but no Challenge appeared

The payment is somewhere between your provider and us, and we need to trace it. Email support@onefunded.com from your registered address with your order ID, the amount in US dollars, and the following, depending on how you paid:

  • Card — the transaction ID and a screenshot of the transaction details from your banking app or statement
  • Crypto — the transaction hash and a screenshot of the transaction details from your wallet
  • PayPal — the transaction ID and a screenshot of the transaction details from your PayPal account
  • UPI — your UPI ID, the UTR reference number, and a short screen recording showing you opening your banking app, opening the transaction and displaying its details. A screenshot is not enough for UPI — our payment provider requires a recording.
