How to use Rise for payouts?

Rise is available as a payout method on OneFunded. If you do not have a connected Rise account yet, you can start the setup directly during the payout request flow.

How it works

Using Rise for payouts on OneFunded is simple:

  1. Open your payout request.
  2. Select Rise as the payout method.
  3. Enter the email address you want to use for Rise.
  4. Click Send Rise invite.
  5. Open the email from Rise and complete your account signup and verification.
  6. Once your Rise account is ready, OneFunded will detect it automatically.
  7. Return to the payout page and submit your payout request.

Step-by-step guide

1. Select Rise as your payout method

On the Payout Details screen, choose Rise from the available payout methods.

After that, review your payout information, including:

  • Your split share
  • Payout amount
  • Currency
  • Any challenge fee refund included in the total

Then click Next.

2. Connect your Rise account

If your Rise account is not connected yet, you will see a Connect your Rise account screen.

Here, you need to:

  • Enter or confirm your email address
  • Click Send Rise invite

This will send an invitation to the email address you entered.

We recommend using an email address that you can access easily, because you’ll need it to finish the Rise setup. Revolutionary advice, I know.

3. Complete signup and verification in Rise

After the invite is sent, open your email and follow the Rise link.

Then:

  • Create a Rise account, or sign in if you already have one
  • Complete the required verification steps in Rise

Once this is done, OneFunded will detect your Rise account automatically.

You do not need to manually upload anything inside OneFunded during this step.

4. Wait for connection confirmation

After sending the invite, the payout page will show a confirmation message that your invite has been sent.

At this stage, the Request payout button remains disabled until your Rise account is fully connected.

The page will tell the user:

  • which email the invite was sent to
  • that they need to complete signup or sign in to Rise
  • that OneFunded will detect the account automatically once it is ready

5. Confirm your Rise account is connected

Once your Rise account has been successfully linked, the payout page will update and show:

  • the connected email address
  • your Rise ID
  • status as Ready for payout

At this point, the Request payout button becomes available.

6. Submit your payout request

Once the account is connected and marked Ready for payout, click Request payout.

Your payout will then be sent to the connected Rise account after review.

What if I already have a Rise account?

If you already have a Rise account, you can still use the same flow.

When you receive the Rise invite:

  • open the email
  • sign in to your existing Rise account
  • complete any required verification if prompted

Once Rise is linked successfully, OneFunded will detect it automatically.

Do I need a Rise account before requesting a payout?

No. You can start the Rise setup directly during the payout request flow on OneFunded.

What happens after I click "Send Rise invite"?

Rise sends an email invitation to the address you entered. You need to open that email, create or sign in to your Rise account, and complete verification.

Why is the "Request payout" button disabled?

The button stays disabled until your Rise account has been fully connected and detected by OneFunded.

How do I know my Rise account is connected?

You will see a confirmation screen showing:

  • your connected email
  • your Rise ID
  • status: Ready for payout

Can I change the email address before sending the invite?

Yes. On the connection screen, you can edit the email address before clicking Send Rise invite.

Do I need to connect Rise every time I request a payout?

No. Once your Rise account is connected, you should not need to repeat the connection process each time.

What if I sent the invite but did not receive the email?

First, check your spam or junk folder.

If you still cannot find it, contact OneFunded support at support@onefunded.com.

What if I completed Rise signup, but OneFunded still does not detect my account?

Wait a little and refresh the page.

If the account still is not shown as connected, contact support and provide the email address you used for Rise.

Important notes

  • Your payout can only be requested after the Rise account is connected and ready
  • The connected Rise account is linked to the email used during setup
  • OneFunded detects the completed Rise connection automatically
  • Your payout will be sent to that Rise account after review
